Permissions have been corrected. All Officers have also been made Moderators.

I do not always get emailed on new member registration. This may be an Control Panel issue where my email isn't set in every system, but we are able to check from the super admin Inactive Users and those are new registrations. I'll find a solution. Until then I'll keep my eyes out for the inactive user tab.
