CHE Influence Documents (How to Earn&Ask for Event Support)

I have uploaded a pair of CHE documents. The first is the full CHE Influence Document dated revision from 2/27/2011 for events, IP guidelines, and requests.

The second is a Quick IP Reference for a look at IP costs and requests to be submitted for support for events by the 3rd of the previous month. A June event for instance would be submitted by May 3rd and would cost X points based on support request. This Quick IP Document was written by Tabrina an Officer of the Beacon Hall Archives in Rivers Rest.
