Icemule Invasion Finale - Alert - Havlish's Final Assault

It's been reported that a Frost Giant wandered into TC in Icemule and warned residents about Havlish and his minions. He said Havlish approached the giants and asked for their help in overrunning Icemule but they refused. Nevertheless, the giant said Havlish is planning his final assault on the town with all manner of monsters and he said it is only a matter of days.
I am attempting to confirm and rate some kind of necassary response if it would be wise for Phoenix members to stay close to Icemule or aware of a needed response in a quick notice.
Can people more aware share their knowledge? I do know that attacks have been ongoing for the past few weeks. Critters range, but here is some data. (Much of this is gleamed from the Northern Fury reports)
Seductress (about level 75-80)
Snow worm (roa'ter like, capped)
Wintry Temptress (about level 5)
an angry pale hag (about 60-80ish but really high DS, low TD, call wind effect on room entry)
ice clad spectral sentry (80-100)
filthy red-eyed halfling (10)
reanimated halfling (10)
A few invasion critters also Sheer Fear.
