Within our House, Chaos is held at bay and Order is preserved through strength of will and dedication to Innoruuk's Word. Subjective labels of right and wrong or guilt and innocence matter only to weak minded fools who cannot contemplate the Glory of Innoruuk's Empire of Hate. We will do what we must to bring about His Order. Our ends always justify our means. All those not of House Velahr are to be viewed with suspicion, specially those of rival Houses and Guilds.

In the past others have failed because over time they took on the very ideals of their enemies that were their weaknesses, hope, compassion and love, accepting their fate and flaws. These are not to be tolerated. Innoruuk's Children were created in his perfect image, as he, we are indeed perfect. Failure in such, including taking on or adherance to these stated weak ideals of the enemy is unacceptable and is not tolerated and thus those who fail are simply more waste left behind during our creation, failed beings as are the dredge that became the elvenkind besides those of true Teir'Dal Blood. Thus keeping with this in mind all such beings and failures shall be purged as well.

House Velahr is home to the true Teir'Dal and their traditions. The weak and those failures falling to the ways of the weak ideals of pity, compassion, hope and love are not tolerated. Pity is never shown to those who cannot fend for themselves. Purity of the true Teir'Dal is of the utmost importance, thus impurity in not tolerated. We show allegiance to none and respect only those that hold steadfast to "The Way" as given to us by our Father of Hate. The rest of society are but weeds in the fields of fertile Hatred. We shall burn them unto the ground and let their ashes render the landscape fertile for Our Father's glorious kingdom. All others who claim to know Our Father's will are mere fools and pretenders. We will seek them out and eradicate them for Hate's Sake. We will deliver the Word of Innoruuk to the Faithful. We will bend the land to Innoruuk's Will. Only the faithful, only the strong, only House Velahr can accomplish this sacred duty in Our Father's name.

Thankfully, The Velahr blood, its Nobles by birth are not native of Neriak nor Antonica, nor even of Norrath iteself, nor are our members nor ourselves considered citizens of such. Viewing the indulgences that exist there is sickening to us. Those that dwell there in the squalor of comfort are but mindless sheep following shepherds who lead them to death and extinction. Those that are so weak-minded as to swear fealty to a mortal King and Queen are crying out for the eradication of their pathetic bloodline. When the time arrives, should the Dark Elves of Neriak choose to stand against us they will be eradicated as they are inconsequential. Only one thing must be attained...and that is the complete and utter adherence to Our Father's call for complete Purity, strength, and hatred. We shall return to Neriak to restore the faith to a faithless people. We will bring order to where there is none. We will not fail.

Lawful Evil

Those of Lawful Evil alignment believe in using society and its laws to benefit themselves. Structure and Organization elevate those who deserve to rule as well as provide a clearly defined hierarchy between master and servant. To this end, they support laws and societies that protect their own concerns. If someone is hurt or suffers from a law that benefits those of lawful evil nature, too bad. Those of lawful evil obey laws out of fear of punishment of their superiors or greaters among the hierarchy, but constantly vie for positions of higher individual standing. Due to possibly being forced to honor an unfavorable agreement, contract or oath, that they have made, they are very careful about giving their word. Once given they break their word only if they can legally do so, atleast pertaining to their societies laws.

Realm and Capital:

The Sovereign Realm of Duk Gaaroth, the City of Duk Gaaroth proper at its center, with the sanctum of The Keep of Duk Gaaroth housing The Kenutrah. The city proper is comprised of five districts, those being the Upper District with its prominent residential area among the wealthy, Council, and the homes of lesser nobles and other prominent families; the Bazaar merchant District which also houses the prominent schools of the Ahk`Vanarn located here in high spired towers in the eastern quadrant of the district; the enclosed Temple District housing the Dothoril; the Commons District and the Lower District which is the Military District housing the main military barracks of the Ahk`Kerym, Ek`Jana and Velektrah as well as a monstrous Arena for training and spectacle events and The Pens where slaves are trained. The realm of Duk Gaaroth is located upon the Raruik Peninsula.

Population:

23,000+ of various races, including Teir`Dal, Trolls, Ogres, and to a lesser extent, Iksar, Humans, Dwarves plus other exotic types who make up the slave populations. The city sometimes swells to 56,000 and can maintain in excess of 200,000 individuals comfortably if necessary.
